Behind every case is not just a surgery, but a new life.
We share the stories of those who have gone through a challenging journey to recovery — thanks to advanced technologies, world-class surgeons, and the support of our foundation.
These stories inspire us to keep moving forward, pushing the boundaries of medicine, and giving children the chance to live without pain and limitations. Read and watch the stories of those whose lives have been transformed through “MUMKINDIK”

The level of complexity was extremely high. Most of the surgeries we performed were again part of the treatment program for children with one of the rarest conditions — congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia. This time, the cases were particularly challenging because the majority of the children had already undergone surgeries before, significantly reducing their bone healing potential. On the contrary, they faced a high risk of inflammatory processes, nonunion, and various complications. Undoubtedly, this master class was very interesting, but also extremely demanding and physically exhausting. Thankfully, under the leadership of Agabek Alibekovich, the team knows how to work in full coordination and consolidate efforts to the maximum. I feel that during this period of joint work, we have become even more united, as each surgery was complex, lasted for many hours, and required absolute focus and commitment.
The Story of Zhantas
Мother of Muratbek Zhantas

Oh Allah, a thousand times I thank You for sending us such a wonderful doctor!
My heart is overflowing with gratitude to the Zhuldizai Foundation.
When I was told that we had been accepted into the MUMKINDIK program, I was overwhelmed with joy… For every night before sleep and every morning upon waking, I prayed only for my son’s healing. And Allah heard my prayers!
I am the mother of Muratbek Zhantas.
When illness strikes and hope begins to fade, we, as parents, turn to doctors in search of healing. My son was born with this trial.
There is nothing harder for a parent than to witness their child’s suffering — and in such moments, the work of those in white coats becomes truly priceless. It is in these most difficult times that doctors bring hope to…

Story
Parents
For 14 years, my daughter has had to endure numerous challenges due to a congenital bilateral hip dislocation, undergoing six complex surgeries. Our journey began in Taraz, where she underwent four surgeries on her right leg and two on her left.
However, a new, even more complicated operation lay ahead, and doctors advised us to seek help in Astana. There, under the guidance of a professor from Israel, our family found hope and faith in success — all thanks to the MUMKINDIK program by the Zhuldizai Foundation. This path has been difficult, but with the support and professionalism of the doctors, we now feel and truly believe in a bright future for our daughter.
 Ratmir’s Story
Ratmir
Hello everyone! My name is Ratmir, I’m 12 years old, and I’d like to share my story. I’m a proud participant of the MUMKINDIK program, organized by the Zhuldizai Center. Thanks to this program, I had a rod implanted in my leg — a reliable companion for life. It’s truly a miracle of modern care, because now I’ve avoided numerous surgeries, and the rod grows with me, allowing me to enjoy a full life without limitations. Right after the operation, I felt incredibly well!
Now, just like other kids my age, I go to school, play sports, enjoy football, run around — and I even went to my first disco! I want to tell everyone: never give up, trust your loved ones and the professionals, keep moving forward, and always believe in yourself. I am so grateful for this surgery — especially because it was done completely free of charge! With pride and gratitude, Ratmir
Tasha’s Story
Tasha’s mother
She was born with radial club hand in both arms. Last year, two surgeries were performed on one of her arms, and today, the second stage of that surgery was completed. Thank God, everything went well. I am endlessly grateful to the mentors who came from Russia.
Now my daughter can hold things with both hands — she picks up a pen and writes on her own, she can hold a spoon by herself.
Before, she couldn’t do any of this. Now, she’s even trying to bring her second hand to the device.
We explained to her how to use it, and she’s really trying.
She’s already confidently using her first hand — thank God, everything is going well. The Zhuldizai Center has become a place of support and learning for us.
I’m deeply thankful for the funds raised, for all the help, and for the incredible support of kind people. Thank you so much!
Akbota’s Story
Akbota’s mother
In 2019, my daughter was diagnosed with multiple arthrogryposis, and her journey toward treatment began.
The surgery performed by the doctors gave us hope, but the road to recovery was not easy.
Thanks to the “Zhuldizai” Foundation and generous sponsors, we found faith and confidence in a brighter future for our daughter. Today, with this support, our girl finds joy in each day, walks toward her dreams, and every step she takes is a small victory.
We are endlessly grateful for the opportunity to receive treatment in our own country, at home, surrounded by family, without the need to go abroad. Perhaps this is the true gift of fate. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank everyone who has been with us on this challenging journey, who gave us hope and a chance for recovery. Your support became our strength in the most difficult moments. With gratitude, Akbota’s mother
